HELLENIC UNION OF NURSERIES

History 

Greek Association of Nurseries, is a Non-profit organisation, which was established in 2015, in Athens, Greece. 
At this moment, it is the largest body related to propagating material in Greece. 
The Association is consisted of Nursery Units which are directly related to production of plants of various tree species and more. (Olive, Citrus, Nuts, Vinery, Fruit trees, Tropical and Strawberry material). 
Every members has the apparent obligation to use only certified propagating material within the EU. 
At the same time, Hellenic Union of Nurseries, unites all the nurseries which have an extrovert character and are distinguished for their professionalism and vision, for the propagating material in Greece. The experience, many of the union members, in participating in research programs, collaboration with Universities in Greece and abroad, and international collaborations, are the guide for a more auspicious and dynamic continuity. 

Goals 

EFE's main goals are: 
To Unite all propagating units in the face of future developments,  
The production of Certified and Guaranteed propagating material,  
The Development of Agricultural sector and the Sustainability of Agribusiness,  
The Preservation and Promotion of Professional, Economic and Social interests of Nurseries.
